The Disney Magic of Storytelling podcast was a co-developed passion project that allowed me to combine creativity and strategy. I established the technical hosting and directories for the podcast, coordinated with Disney's legal and branding teams to standardize language and visual elements, managed the posting of audio content, and created promotional copy and graphics. I also tracked analytics to ensure a cohesive and impactful presence across all platforms.
This project required balancing creative storytelling with strategic execution—from crafting visually engaging episode promotions across social media, web, and on-air spots (featuring station News Anchors as readers) to analyzing data that guided release schedules. Over four years, the podcast grew to 111 episodes, achieving over 4 million plays and a 4.5+ star rating on Spotify. Collaborating with sponsors and contributors across multiple departments allowed me to communicate effectively and deliver high-quality work aligned with the podcast’s mission of promoting literacy and storytelling.
